Christmas Cakes

November is one of my favourite times of the year when my home is in a flurry of chaos with boxes and boxes of christmas decorations being pulled out from under the staircase, table settings being pondered over for hours and my kitchen overflowing with yummy cherries, nuts, fragrant spices and many bottles of brandy. I drive my family crazy transforming our home into a Christmas wonderland and then almost magically everything settles and from the kitchen Christmas jingles and the aroma of rich Christmas cakes baking floats through my home.

Whether you can bake or not I would love you to come and join in the fun and convenience of baking your own delicious Christmas cake in the personal environment of my home kitchen. I supply the ingredients, equipment and refreshments so all you need to do is book and bring your Christmas cheer. You can join in a group of eight people or make up your own group of eight.
